In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Form the burgers. The size can be small, around 50g each (as in the photo), or larger.
In a preheated frying pan add a little sunflower oil, add the burgers, close with the lid and turn over when golden. Repeat the process with the other side.
Serve however you like. In the burger in the photo we use Australian bread, mozzarella and a touch of gorgonzola.
