Chocolate Passion Fruit Pancakes

Arboreto Premium Oils
  • Ingredients

    • 1 cup of wheat flour
    • 2 tablespoons of passion fruit oil
    • 1/2 cup of sugar
    • 1 to 2 cups of water (adjust as needed)
    • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast (baking powder)
    • Sunflower oil for cooking
    • Chopped chocolate to taste

    In a bowl, mix the flour, oil, water and sugar. Stir until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Add the chemical yeast and mix slowly.

    Heat a small frying pan and add a “drizzle” of sunflower oil. Add part of the dough (do not overdo it, as it may be raw inside), add the chocolate pieces and cover. When golden, flip the pancake and repeat the process with the other side.
