Fish in Chestnut Crust

  • Ingredients

    • 4 fish fillets
    • 1 cup Brazil nuts
    • 1/2 clove of garlic
    • 5 tablespoons of amaranth flakes
    • 4 tablespoons of Brazil nut oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Recipe

    In a processor, blend the chestnuts and garlic into coarse pieces.

    Using a spoon, mix the amaranth flakes, salt and Brazil nut oil.

    Cover each fish fillet with the chestnut crust and bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for about 15 minutes.
