Mint and Basil Pesto with Brazil Nut Oil

Arboreto Premium Oils

  • Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Brazil nut oil
    • 1/2 small garlic clove
    • 3 units of Brazil nuts
    • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 bunch of basil (leaves only)
    • 1/2 bunch of mint (leaves only)
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • Recipe

    Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until the mixture is homogeneous.

    Store in the refrigerator in a closed, sterilized glass jar.
