Peach Palm Cream and Brazil Nut Oil

  • Ingredients

    • 300g peach palm cut into cubes
    • 4 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
    • 1/2 white onion cut into cubes
    • 200ml homemade chicken broth
    • 200ml fresh cream
  • Recipe

    In a pan, sauté the onion with Brazil nut oil.

    When the onion wilts, add the peach palm and sauté over low heat for about 1 minute.

    Add the chicken broth and cook for 7 minutes.

    Lower the heat and add the cream.

    Blend the cream in a blender, strain and return to the pan to heat.
