Tilapia Ceviche with Brazil Nut Oil

  • Ingredients

    • 2 tilapia fillets cut into cubes
    • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    • 1 small red onion cut into thin slices
    • 1 seedless pepper, cut into thin slices
    • Juice of 1 Tahiti lemon
    • 2 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
    • 3 Brazil nuts, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup straw sweet potatoes
    • Salt to taste

    In a container, mix the fish, onion, salt, lemon, cilantro, pepper, Brazil nuts and Brazil nut oil.

    Transfer to the serving container and finish with the sweet potato on top.
